ABOUT US: Founded in 2004 by Guru Niharika Gogoi, Principal & Centre-in-charge, Practical Examiner, former AIR-DDK Artist, with more than 25 years of teaching & training experience to her credit, has been actively engaged in the propagation and popularisation of Hindustani Sangeet amongst the local populace through the time-tested prescribed course leading to Sangit Visharad and Sangit Alankar (Masters Program) certifications from the prestigious Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Mumbai (www.abgmvm.org).

COURSE HIGHLIGHTS- - Group as well as one-to-one practical training sessions (duration: 2 hours per class). - Flexible class-timings to suit students of all ages/occupations.- Experienced faculty (having more than 25 years experience) with customized study materials in Assamese/Hindi/English (including audio/video learning aid). - Efficient tutorial guidance for the Term-end ABGMV Mandal Examinations conducted at its own Exam Centre. - Option to join Special Music Workshops and/or Crash Courses conducted on Assamese-Modern/Folk (Bihugeet/Lokageet/Borgeet), Semi-classical/light music, etc. held from time to time. - Special Short Term Courses (T&C apply) for those preparing for Auditions of All India Radio/Doodarshan/Reality TV Shows, Music Competitions, etc.

The year wise course details (as per latest revised syllabus of ABGMV Mandal, Mumbai) are as follows-

# BASIC LEVEL Level 1 : Prarambhik (min. age: 9+ yrs.) Level 2 : Praveshika Pratham (min. age: 10+ yrs.) Level 3 : Praveshika Poorna (min. age: 12+ yrs.)

# ADVANCE LEVEL Level 4 : Madhyama Pratham (min. age: 13+ yrs.) Level 5 : Madhyama Poorna (min. age: 14+ yrs.) Level 6 : Visharad Pratham (min. age: 15+ yrs.) Level 7 : Visharad Dwitiya (min. age: 16+ yrs.)

NOTE: STUDENTS ABOVE 12 YRS CAN OPT TO JOIN DIRECTLY INTO LEVEL 2 OR 3, TO COMPLETE SANGIT VISHARAD IN JUST 5 YRS.

# EXPERT LEVEL Level 8: Alankar Pratham (Min. qualification: Sangit Visharad or equivalent from ABGMV Mandal, Mumbai/Bhatkhande Sangit Vidyapith, Lucknow/Prayag Samiti, Allahabad/Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh, etc.) Level 9: Alankar Poorna (Alankar Pratham passed)

COURSE FEE STRUCTURE: Admission & Registration: Rs. 1000/- Monthly Tuition Fees (upto Visharad level) # Rs.500/- per month (group classes) - 2 classes per week. # Rs.1500/- per month (individual classes - upto Alankar level) - 1 class per week. Note: All class sessions are of 2 hrs. duration.
